Delivery of fireplaces is a specialist business in itself, and we therefore use our own staff and vehicles. The only exceptions being accessories when ordered separately, and some fire baskets, which we may at our discretion entrust to a reputable carrier.
On the agreed delivery date your fire place will be unpacked in the room of your choice, and you will be invited to check that everything is present and in good condition.
You are of course at liberty to arrange your own collection from our showroom if you prefer.

After you have placed your order we will contact you to arrange a delivery date- then simply leave the rest to us.
